The Multiple Factors That Drive Cancer You Need to Know

You have more control of your health than you think...even when it comes down to cancer.

  1. Chronic Stress (Physical, Mental/Emotional and Spiritual)- It is quite common to see patients get diagnosed with cancer after going through intense, prolonged periods of mental or emotional stress. Stress has a profound impact on how the body creating an environment where the body is more hospitable to cancer. Chronic Inflammation Trauma (Physical and Psychological)

  2. Life Shocks (death of a loved one, divorce, job loss, etc.)

  3. Unresolved or repressed emotions

  4. Poor diet and low quality foods (processed foods, junk foods, GMOs, farm raised fish, non-grass fed meats

  5. Nutritional imbalances (both deficiencies and excesses)

  6. Unhealthy microbiome (gut) and related gastrointestinal disorders

  7. Increased Intestinal Permeability (aka: Leaky Gut)

  8. Poor lifestyle choices, e.g. lack of exercise/sedentary lifestyle

  9. Excessive alcohol consumption

  10. Smoking and exposure to secondhand smoke

  11. Being overweight/obesity/high body mass index (BMI)

  12. Heavy metals and other environmental toxins, including asbestos, chemicals in household and cosmetic products, fluoridated water

  13. Pathogenic infections (bacterial, viral, fungal, parasitic)

  14. Electrosmog (EMFs, EMRs, dirty electricity, cell phones, cell phone towers, smart meters, etc)

  15. Ultraviolet (UV radiation)

  16. Frequent X-rays, CT scans

  17. Unhealthy home or work environments (sick building syndrome, geopathic stress)

  19. Endocrine (hormone) imbalances

  20. Unsafe sex/promiscuity

  21. Occupational risks/exposures

The one overriding thinking process is how you live your life on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to have the greatest impact on preventing breast cancer or most other cancers.
